You will be part of an energetic and talented team of experts that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering critical technological solutions on time and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security.

Responsibilities

• Low latency data delivery using pub-sub technologies
• Design, implement, test, and support internal and external APIs
• Various micro services and in-house tools development
• Develop and maintain automated tests
• Participate in code reviews
• Write technical documentation for developers

Requirements

Required:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or 2 years of professional experience using .NET Framework or Node.js
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Building RESTful APIs
• Building applications and services
• Proficiency with SQL and its variations
• Strong Web debugging skills (intercepting and modifying web traffic)

Desired skills and knowledge

• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
• Familiar with web debugging tool-kits
• Version Control Systems (git preferred)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Bonus Points

• In-depth understanding of database structure principles
• Knowledge of Postgresql / Aurora PostgreSQL
• Familiar with caching and pub-sub technologies
• Knowledge of the Docker platform
• Continuous integration and deployment mindset towards build, test and deployment automation
• Test driven development
• Linux shell scripting
• Basic Knowledge of Redis
• Experience using system monitoring tools (e.g. New Relic) and automated testing frameworks
